For Existing Clients
Existing clients can pay invoices online using the button below. Payment will be applied to the balance due on an invoice you have received. If you would like to make an additional payment (a retainer/trust deposit), of more than the current invoice balance due, please use the retainer/trust deposit link in the column on the right. By clicking the button below, you will be redirected to LawPay for secure processing of your payment. Please be prepared to enter your invoice number or client name, account information, and credit card information on the next screen.
The submission of a retainer/trust deposit to our trust account absent execution of a Contract for Legal Services with Gum, Hillier & McCroskey does not create an attorney-client relationship. The attorney-client relationship is only created upon the execution of a Contract for Legal Services, signed by an authorized attorney at the firm.
For New Clients: Retainer/Trust Deposits
Existing clients may now also use this online payment portal to replenish retainer and trust accounts as directed by their attorney. You can use the button below to make a retainer/trust payment to our trust account.
New clients may also make initial retainer/trust deposit payments using the button below. Upon direction of your attorney and only after receipt/execution of a Contract for Legal Services, new clients may make their initial retainer/trust payments by using the link below.
Credit Card Payment Notice: Due to bank processing time, it may take as long as 2-3 business days before your account reflects your payment.
