Super Lawyers 2012

The firm of Gum, Hillier & McCroskey, P.A. is pleased to announce the inclusion of Howard Gum, Dave Hillier and Patrick McCroskey in the Super Lawyers™ 2012 list.
Howard Gum, a specialist in family law, has been included in Super Lawyers™ prestigious Top 100 List for the second year in a row. Howard has been continuously included in Super Lawyers™ since it launched in North Carolina in 2006.
Dave Hillier, a specialist in consumer bankruptcy law, was first listed in Super Lawyers™ in 2011.
Patrick McCroskey, also a specialist in family law, was honored in Super Lawyers™ Rising Stars List in 2009 and 2010. 2012 is his first appearance in the Super Lawyers™ main list.
In selecting attorneys for Super Lawyers™, a rigorous, multiphase process is employed. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis.
